The Berliner Verkehrs Betriebe BVG (Berlin transporting enterprises) offer also special services apart from their timetable information for humans with handicap.
In its innovative leader (only in german) the berlin trnsporting enterprises inform about barrier-free streetcar and Buslines, about mobility assistance and emergency call and information columns in all undergrounds.

The barrierfree routplaner of the Verkehrsverbund Berlin/Brandenburg VBB (Traffic group Berlin/Brandenburg VBB) is still in testing. There are then - when finnished- also filter criterias regarding " barrierfreedom" and " caused barrierfreedom" planned. You find the up-to-date functional timetable information of the VBB here.
